However, we do realise that with a number of our media and celebrity clientele, extra requirements for privacy need to be even more intensely adhered to when they visit for therapy. Our confidential service is here to elevate high-powered clients to still greater levels of success, by building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship to support whatever issue, or struggle they may be facing.
Being uniquely positioned previously to The Lowry Hotel, Hilton Hotel and Salfords Media City (BBC, ITV) it opened our private practice up to a number of high profile celebrities seeking our famous multi-dimensional, yet simple approach to mental health and wellness. We took great care in situating our office in such a way that one could enter the premises undetected from the media, or the public, even though we were still so centrally located. With our new location in Sitges, we have continued to put our clients and their confidentiality first.

We will accompany you on your journey, whatever it may be, as we understand that the privacy of a public figure is hard to maintain, which many times can cause loneliness and neglect of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, family and relationship problems. With that in mind we have created a special celebrity rate to block our regular clinical schedule to accommodate any specific needs including traveling, tours, security and logistical concerns.
To ensure strict patient privacy, all phone calls go directly to our mobile phones only and we are the only people that will ever listen to the secured voice and email messages. We purposely also do not have secretaries so that we are always the only ones with access to our patient files.
